The trial

The first 14 days are free and need no card, so there is nothing to refund. Try everything before you pay.

Your first payment

If you change your mind, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. No reasons needed.

The months after

You can cancel whenever you like, and nothing more is charged. The month you already paid for stays yours to the end; it is not refunded in part.

If something went wrong, a charge you did not expect or a month you could not use Wakagi, write to us anyway, and we will look at it.

How to ask

Write to admin@wakagi.dev, or answer the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle, which sells the subscription for us, pays the refund back the way you paid.

Where the law of your country gives you more, such as the right to withdraw within 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom, that always applies.
